The account in KEEPER_PRIVATE_KEY does not have a USDC account

ClearingHouseUser does not exist​

The account in KEEPER_PRIVATE_KEY has not been initialised on the ClearingHouse program yet. See Keeper Bots for how to initialise the ClearingHouseUser
